I’m Sarah, founder of The SG & Co. For years I’ve worked alongside small businesses and community organizations in the Lakes Region — growing memberships, building events from scratch, and experiencing firsthand the moment a business finally gets seen by the people looking for it. That moment never gets old.

What I kept noticing was a gap. Business owners working hard, doing good work, and still invisible. Not because they didn’t care, but because nobody had shown them where their community was already looking.

That’s the missing piece The SG & Co was built to fill.

I bring real results, meaningful relationships, and a genuine love for this community and the people who pour their heart into building something here.
