When you need more than advice — you need someone to come in and make it happen. From local events to promotional campaigns, Activation is for businesses ready to move.

How We Work Together
Discovery Call: Every engagement starts with a free discovery call. No commitment, no pressure — just a conversation to make sure we’re the right fit.
Deposits: A 50% deposit is required to secure all services.
Payment Terms: The remaining 50% is due upon project completion and prior to final delivery of any materials or reports.
Cancellation: Full deposit refund for cancellations 14 or more days out. 50% refund for cancellations 7 to 14 days out. No refund for cancellations within 7 days.
Revision Limits: Two rounds of revisions are included in every project. Additional revisions are billed at $90 per hour.
Scope Work: performed beyond the agreed project scope will be discussed and quoted separately before any additional work begins.
Lead Time: Promotion projects require a minimum two week lead time. Events require a minimum 60 days, or 90 days if state permits are involved.
Client Cap: A maximum of three monthly clients are taken at any time to ensure every client receives the attention they deserve.
Communication: All client communication is conducted via email. You can expect a response within 48 hours during business days. Reach out at sarah@thesg.co.
Confidentiality: All client information shared during our work together is kept strictly confidential.
Creative Control: The SG & Co is hired for professional expertise and judgment. When recommendations are made regarding vendors, timing, promotion, or event execution, clients are strongly encouraged to follow that guidance. In cases where a client overrides professional recommendations in a way that compromises the integrity or outcome of a project, The SG & Co reserves the right to withdraw from the engagement. Deposits are non-refundable in this circumstance.
